The property consists of 14 structures with a total rentable area of 25,198 SF. Situated on Coast Boulevard, the property features white water views of the Pacific Ocean and is proximate to popular tourist attractions, such as “La Jolla Cove” and “Seal Rock”. C3 worked with the Borrower to quickly underwrite the loan on an expedited closing schedule.
