ABP Capital worked with local real estate investment group SR Commercial to help finance their acquisition of a 39,100 SF two-story Class A office building on Sky Canyon Drive in Murrieta, CA. ABP Capital was able to underwrite and fund the deal quickly, allowing SR Commercial to begin building-out, marketing and leasing the vacant building right away. Such efforts resulted in SR Commercial securing a 10 year lease of the ground floor with a regional tenant.
