ABP Capital closed a $3.7MM acquisition loan for two adjacent parcels located in the East Village neighborhood of Downtown San Diego. The loan is secured by an industrial building and a detached single-family triplex at the intersection of 17th & Market. Built in 1980, the industrial building consists of 10,000 SF that was previously occupied by an automobile shop. Built in 1888, the triplex consists of 2,175 SF of dedicated rental space. Both parcels are in an Opportunity Zone giving the property significant upside potential.
