ABP Capital assembled and purchased three adjacent lots on Coast Highway 101 in downtown Encinitas, California. ABP plans to develop the property into a new two-story office building with two levels of subterranean parking. Once complete, the Class A Office building will feature floor to ceiling windows, spacious conference rooms and courtyards for occupants and visitors to meet and relax.
