ABP Capital financed a 30-month revolving construction line of credit secured by a 78,738 SF mixed-use multifamily and retail development in downtown Napa, CA. Once complete, the structure will consist of 44,490 SF of for-sale condominium units, 28,412 SF town home units, and 5,836 SF of for-sale retail space across 19 town homes, 32 residential condominiums, and two commercial condominiums.
The City of Napa, known for its wine and tourism industries, is located on the southern portion of Napa Valley, approximately fifty miles northeast of San Francisco and approximately 61 miles west of Sacramento.
